Pressure Knowledge for Air-Blown Long-Range Sprayers: Different Solutions for Different Pressure Issues

Environmental protection is everyone's responsibility. Air-blown long-range sprayers are eco-friendly equipment that suppress dust by spraying fine water mist. Below is pressure-related knowledge pertinent to industrial and mining dust control equipment. Let's explore further. I. Pressure Drop in Air-Blown Long-Range Sprayers: Check if the V-belt is loose. If gaps appear, manually adjust the mist gun. Inspect the spray nozzle for cracks and check the gasket at the nozzle connection for damage. Replace the nozzle if cracked or the gasket if damaged. II. Pressure Instability in Air-Propelled Long-Range Sprayers: Check the suction pipe for looseness or leaks. Tighten or replace the suction pipe if leaks are found. Check if the suction pipe is clogged; remove any blockages. Turn on the switch for a period to vent residual gas, then shut off. Remove the suction chamber and inspect the three suction valves for blockages. If clogged, clear them. Remove the drain chamber to check the three suction valves for blockages; if clogged, disassemble them. Inspect the piston plug and valve seat for wear; replace if worn. III. Insufficient Pressure in Air-Assisted Remote Sprayers: Check if the atomizer pump pressure is set to maximum but fails to achieve the required high-pressure effect. If already at maximum, inspect the air hose and fittings for leaks or loose connections, preventing compressed air from entering the spray gun with insufficient pressure.
