A remote sprayer is a dust collector. To ensure optimal performance and extended service life, regular maintenance is essential. Below, we briefly outline key maintenance practices for sprayers. Let's explore them together.
The operating environment of remote sprayers is critical. Keep the surrounding area clean and maintain the motor housing surface free of debris to prevent dust from clogging the air intake.
During operation, if the equipment runs sluggishly, preemptively add lubricating oil to the lubrication points to ensure the motor maintains adequate lubrication throughout operation.
After 2000 operating hours or 6 months of use, replace the lubricating oil in the equipment's lubrication points. Thoroughly inspect the stability of all sprayer components. Address any abnormalities promptly to prevent accidents. Ensure water pipe connections are secure to avoid leaks and water wastage.
