Its operational performance varies significantly under environments with large pressure differentials. This also implies that changes in the operating conditions of certain fan components will affect its overall performance. Therefore, as users, we must strive to maintain the equipment in optimal operational condition. This necessitates aligning the commissioning process with practical operational requirements. Below is a brief overview of key procedures. During startup, centrifugal fans may be initiated via full-voltage or reduced-voltage motor drive. However, note that full-voltage startup generates current approximately 5–7 times the rated value. Reduced-voltage startup yields torque proportional to the square of voltage, gradually establishing a balanced ratio. Therefore, when current capacity is insufficient, reduced-voltage starting should be promptly adopted. Secondly, before trial operation, personnel must thoroughly review the equipment's operating instructions and verify that wiring methods align with the wiring diagram. Additionally, verify that the fan's operating voltage and power supply are normal, and that the distributor assembly capacity meets requirements. It is essential to have at least two workers present during trial operation. Should any abnormalities arise during trial operation, immediately shut down the centrifugal fan for a comprehensive inspection, paying particular attention to the correct rotation direction of the fan. After the centrifugal fan starts operating, monitor its running current to ensure it remains within the normal range. Typically, after five minutes of operation, the centrifugal fan should be shut down to inspect for any abnormalities. Only after confirming no issues exist should the machine be restarted. In summary, strictly adhering to the commissioning requirements can effectively enhance the equipment's operational efficiency.
