Precautions for Centrifugal Fan Assembly

During centrifugal fan production, manufacturers typically implement strict quality management standards to inspect product quality.

Every stage, from raw material procurement to design, undergoes meticulous oversight.

Additionally, multiple precautions must be observed during centrifugal fan assembly. What specifically do these precautions entail?

First, when installing a centrifugal fan, place the entire unit directly on the foundation and level it using paired shims.

Second, for centrifugal fan equipment assembled on-site, field personnel must properly protect the cut surfaces of the base during installation.

During leveling, gaps between adjacent components must be adjusted appropriately. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring clearances between the centrifugal equipment impeller and inlet, as well as between the rear casing shaft hole and main shaft, comply with relevant technical standards.

Crucially, during alignment, the coaxiality standards for the centrifugal fan shaft and motor shaft must meet the requirements of radial positioning within 0.05 millimeters and inclination maintained below 0.2/1000.
