Pay particular attention to the bearing temperature of the centrifugal fan and its smooth cooling. The unit contains two types of bearings, each requiring distinct attention. For rolling bearings, maintain temperatures below 60°C under normal conditions and limit increases to no more than 40°C. For sliding bearings, operate within 70°C under normal conditions and ensure temperature rises do not exceed 40°C. Second, operators must monitor the fan's operational status during use. Upon detecting unusual vibrations or impacts, use specialized tools to verify whether the bearing housing amplitude remains within normal parameters. Additionally, monitor for internal impacts or abnormal noises within the high-pressure centrifugal exhaust fan. Address any anomalies promptly. Ensure the high-pressure centrifugal exhaust fan operates under normal conditions, avoiding overload situations. Use an ammeter to monitor motor load and prevent prolonged overloading. When discharging dust, coal powder, or similar materials, verify that dust and particle levels meet application requirements.
