What Are the Easily Overlooked Factors When Using High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans?

What Are the Easily Overlooked Factors When Using High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans? High-temperature centrifugal fans are fluid-driven machinery that rely on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and transport gases. To effectively control high-temperature centrifugal fans, it is essential to understand their common issues and key precautions. Let's examine these in detail below. The bearing sleeve temperature of high-temperature centrifugal fans should not exceed 65°C. If bearing temperature exceeds 70°C, immediately stop the machinery. Inspect the bearing surface for wear and perform machining. The contact points on the bearing seat must reach 2–3 points per cm². Control the return oil temperature of the high-temperature resistant centrifugal fan bearings between 50–60°C. Temperatures above 65°C indicate overheating of the bearing bushings, while temperatures below 40°C cause increased bearing clearance. The water pressure of the oil cooler must be lower than the oil pressure to prevent cooling water leakage into the lubricating oil, which could degrade the lubricant. Regularly inspect the cooling water of the high-temperature resistant centrifugal fan for oil contamination. If oil contamination is detected, promptly switch to the backup air conditioner and replace the leaking oil cooler core.
