Generally, there are two methods to adjust the airflow of high-pressure cabinet centrifugal fans.
Adjustment Method 1: Preserving the fan's performance characteristics, alter the fan's speed to modify its pressure, airflow, and output.
Increasing the fan's speed raises both airflow and pressure, while decreasing speed lowers them.
The primary advantage of this method is minimal additional energy loss, making it economically efficient.
The second adjustment method involves modifying the characteristics of the ductwork system by adjusting the throttle valve or altering the opening of the plug-in plate.
In this case, airflow is inversely proportional to pressure and also relates to the opening of the throttle or damper.
