Warranty terms

1. The warranty covers the core accessories of the fan: body, main shaft, impeller, motor and pulley.

2. The following accessories are vulnerable parts, and the warranty period is one year: belt, bearing, coupling rubber.

3. Paid maintenance is provided under the following conditions:

(1) The fan is used beyond the environmental conditions specified in the product samples and instructions. For example: transporting corrosive gas, high temperature environment, excessive dust content, transporting environment containing solid particles that have a wear effect on the impeller, and transporting air containing excessive moisture.

(2) The overload operation of the fan causes the motor to burn out.

(3) The motor is burnt out due to mismatched power supply or improper power distribution.

(4) . body damage caused by foreign body impact.

(5) . faults caused by abnormal disassembly and assembly of core components by customers without authorization.

(6) The customer has modified or increased the speed of the fan which affects its service life.

(7) . accessories provided by customers.

(8) When the conveying air contains dust or lampblack, the balance of the fan is damaged or the bearing is damaged due to irregular cleaning by the customer.

(9) If the fan with bearing pedestal is filled with grease irregularly or incompatible grease, the bearing will be damaged.

(10) The fan is used in the open air without adding rain proof measures to the motor and bearing, resulting in damage to the motor and bearing.

(11) The nameplate of the fan is missing, which cannot prove the delivery time of the fan.

(12) . natural aging and aging of the appearance of the product in use.
