Life First, Safety Development.

To further enhance employees' awareness of workplace safety, eliminate potential hazards, and ensure the implementation of all safety regulations, Xin Feng Fan specially invited Mr. Li Fulin—a workplace safety expert with 13 years of experience in safety assessment—to deliver a safety training session at 6:00 PM sharp on October 8, 2018.

Details determine success or failure. Without effective on-site management, product quality cannot be guaranteed. Consistent product quality requires a tidy and standardized production environment as a prerequisite. Therefore, we have specially invited Mr. Zhang Zhengming, founder of Guangzhou Zhongxin Sheet Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Weizheng Metal)—a model 6S enterprise—along with his senior executive, Assistant General Manager Liu, to deliver a training session on 6S management.

Over 120 employees from Xinfeng Fan participated in this training session. We also extend our gratitude to our sister company, Guangzhou Linsen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., for providing such a high-end conference room!

Disasters arise from neglect; calamities begin with the smallest details. 

 Drawing from recent workplace safety incidents at neighboring enterprises, Instructor Li Fulin analyzed these cases and linked them to Xinfeng Fan's production practices. This helped everyone recognize the critical importance of workplace safety! Many may think workplace safety doesn't directly concern them, and some still believe personal caution is enough. Yet we can never predict whether tomorrow or an accident will come first. All we can do is diligently handle every small task and pay attention to every detail. Be responsible for yourself, for your family, and for the company!

6S Management: Sorting, Straightening, Sweeping, Sanitizing, Sustaining, Safety. 

 Mr. Zhang, CEO of Zhongxin Sheet Metal, and Mr. Liu, his executive assistant, shared insights based on Zhongxin's 6S management experience. They covered fundamental principles, analyzed existing challenges, and offered practical solutions for implementing 6S management. Their guidance provided valuable suggestions and inspiration. Mr. Zhang's adage, "If you can't sweep a single room, how can you sweep the world?" left a particularly profound impression. Through these real-world case studies and recommendations, we gained a clearer understanding of the compelling value of 6S management.

    Finally, Mr. Wu, CEO of Xinfeng Fan, concluded the training session by emphasizing that there are no shortcuts to implementing 6S management—it requires continuous, systematic, and comprehensive improvement and execution. Xinfeng employees will continue to uphold a meticulous and perfectionist work ethic, starting with each individual, to fully advance 6S management practices and serve our customers with an enhanced corporate image!

This training session proved to be an immensely rewarding and profound experience for every member of the Xinfeng family, with everyone diligently taking notes throughout.

That evening and the following morning, family members participated in post-class discussions, identifying areas for improvement in their work. They gained a profound understanding of the importance of workplace safety and expressed confidence in performing better in their future duties.

The next day, the workshop team implemented improvements addressing existing issues. Every change reflected the effectiveness of this training session. We are confident that through this program, everyone will remember that "safety is no small matter" and will further prioritize the practical implementation of safe production practices!
